No. The manager line is a separate number just for you and the staff you allow. Tenants and prospects keep calling your regular line.

What if someone else calls it?

Without the PIN or an approved number, they can’t do anything. Wrong PINs end the call, and too many tries lock the line and send you a text.

Can it change things without me?

No. Anything that touches money, leases, or tenant messages is read back to you and runs only after you say yes on the call.
